The Emerald Isle was designed by Timothy Graul Marine Designs of Sturgeon Bay, WI and built by Washburn & Doughty Shipyard in East Boothbay, ME. The Vessel is constructed from heavy steel plating to withstand the rigors of Lake Michigan and thereby maximize the season it is able to travel between Charlevoix and Beaver Island. Passengers are provided with two heated lounges and plenty of open-air deck space to enjoy the ride. |
